HAV Control Limited would like you to be completely satisfied with any goods purchased from ourselves. Should you find our products or service to be unsatisfactory, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation.
All of our items are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
However, all images are only intended to be used as a guide, therefore, please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary from the images shown.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you’ve ordered, it should be returned in the original, un-damaged packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full refund - excluding the original postage costs where applicable.
If the product is damaged in any way upon receipt or has become broken in transit, please contact our customer services team at sales@havcontrol.co.uk, or
